The following is a description of the services Holly Spiegel-Miller, Attorney at Law will provide for a flat fee in the purchase of your property:


1. Review of the Real Estate Contract. She will suggest modifications if necessary and permitted by the terms of the Real Estate Contract and negotiate with the other side with regard to suggested modifications.

2. Negotiation of inspection-related issues.

3. Review the evidence of title to be provided to you at closing as well as all documents submitted by the Seller relating to the transfer of property ownership.

4. Arrange for a Closing.

5. Personally attend your closing. At this time, she will review all the documentation submitted by the Seller to the title company and your lender. In addition, she will reconcile all financial aspects of your purchase.
